Running a successful softball club requires good people, that have a clear understanding of their role and have the skills and training to complete it as best as possible and conduct productive meetings that focus on key areas of the clubs plan.

Clubs also need to be clear in their purpose, vision, engage in effective financial management practises as well as have policies and procedures in place to guide decision making and provide transparency. Members are also the lifeblood of any club so it’s important that club’s know how to engage with their members and regularly seek feedback and information to provide them with the right services to attract and retain them.
